Last week I watched 15 interviews with all the nominees for the Experimentation culture awards, in total 6 hours, 36 minutes and 14 seconds of video.The head of the jury (Ton Wesseling) asked each and everyone the same question: what fueled the growth of experimentation in the last 12 months? All answers were a mix of two things: easier tooling/process & senior leadership pushing for more experiments.
