“A/B testing is not for startups”
I don’t agree with this. You can have a convinction AND validate your implementation. These are two things that are not at odds with each other. Of course, you do need to have some traffic volume.

Agency life is a great place to learn. Start out doing data work for an agency, train in data processing tools, AI, statistics etc to get a solid foundation in these hard skills.
