3. Thomke Talks
Harvard professor, Stefan Thomke shares his ideas on the importance of digital experimentation for innovation. "The reality is, that most of the time when it comes to innovation, we are wrong. Even the experts are often wrong. When you think of the company of the future. Experimentation is at the core. Often in Data Analytics, we have to rely on existing data. But when it comes to innovation we can't look at existing data, because it is simply not there. Next to that context matters, what works over here, might not work over there. Data Analytics gives correlation, but not causation. We have to add experimentation to our toolbox." [view videos]
